Elijah Baran

Elijah Baran, played by Eric Guilmette, is the central character in The Great and Powerful Genie. After spending thousands of years bound to a magic lamp and granting wishes, Elijah is offered a chance at freedom through Steven Parrish's final wish. To fulfill the agreement, he takes human form and marries Steven's granddaughter, Christine, for five years. Despite secretly helping Christine build her success, Elijah is repeatedly underestimated and belittled, eventually forcing him to reconsider their marriage and the life he wants after gaining his freedom.
